Tata Punch Facelift: Tata is likely to introduce the Punch Facelift soon.
The new Tata Punch, which might be the next version of the popular SUV, has been spotted during testing. It’s expected to get visual upgrades similar to the Punch EV.
In the pictures, the test car reveals a new front design with split headlamps, likely with sleek LED daytime running lights (DRLs) and main headlights positioned on the front bumper. The back design seems mostly the same.
Expected Improvements Inside the Upcoming Tata Punch Facelift
As for the interior, the updated Punch might have a simpler dashboard design with a touchscreen in the middle. It’s also anticipated to have Tata’s new touch-controlled climate system and a three-spoke steering wheel.
Engine:
The updated Punch is expected to keep the same engine choices as before, such as a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder petrol engine with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT transmission. Tata may also introduce a CNG version of the Punch.
The exterior of the Tata Punch facelift is likely to get similar updates seen in the recently launched Punch EV, including a refreshed grille, LED daytime running lights, redesigned headlights, and updated front and rear bumpers. It might also come with a larger 10.25-inch touchscreen and digital driver’s display.
Safety:
For safety, the revamped Punch is anticipated to include six airbags, a 360-degree camera, and electronic stability control (ESC).
Expected price of the Tata Punch facelift:
The expected price of the Tata Punch facelift is approximately Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival the Hyundai Exter and other cars such as the Maruti Fronx, Citroen C3, Maruti Ignis, Nissan Magnite, and Renault Kiger.
